Tom has extensive experience in real estate and conveyance law representing both lenders and borrowers, as well as corporate and business law. Additionally, he has broad experience in the hospitality industry, including in the acquisition, development, operation and sale of hotels and resorts. While he is focused on these areas, his practice is broadly defined, and he also handles certain civil litigation, family and estate planning matters.
Tom is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association (Corporate and Business Section).
Tom is a former Trustee and Vice Chairman of the Foundation for Seacoast Health and remains active in the non-profit community throughout the seacoast. Tom is a graduate of St. Michael’s College (1972) and George Mason School of Law (1977).

Doug handles a variety of legal matters, with a focus on real estate law, commercial transactions, business law matters and estate planning. He regularly represents lenders, developers, buyers and sellers in business and commercial real estate transactions. Doug also has significant experience with counseling local and national charitable organizations.
Doug is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia. He is active in the community and regularly serves on local boards of directors, including as the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce where he was also the Board Chair, the Clipper Foundation, the Piscataqua Youth Sailing Association and others. Doug is also a member of the Portsmouth Rotary Club and the Rockingham County Bar Association.
Doug graduated from the University of New Hampshire (1991) and Western New England College School of Law (1997). Doug joined the firm in 2004 after relocating from Washington, D.C. where he practiced with the law firms of Mintz, Levin, and Webster, Chamberlain & Bean.

Lindsey is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine in areas of estate planning, probate, real estate, and business. She is active in the community and serves on the board of directors for GoodWork, Seacoast Community School, and The Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth. Additionally, Lindsey volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in abuse and neglect cases. She is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, Rockingham County Bar Association, and Strafford County Bar Association and currently serves on the board of the Rockingham County Bar Association.
Lindsey graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law (2014) where she was Supervising Editor of the Health Law Journal. Attorney Donohue received her Bachelor of Science from William Smith College (2008).

Kerry joined Keane, Macdonald & Donohue, PC as an associate in 2018. Her practice includes a variety of areas, with a focus on real estate, commercial lending, business law and contract drafting and negotiation.
Kerry earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2018 and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History from Suffolk University in 2012. She is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine.
Kerry was born and raised in Hopkinton, Massachusetts and she now lives in Stratham, New Hampshire. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Gundalow Company in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In her free time Kerry can be found cooking, hiking, traveling to new places, hanging out with friends and family or boating on Lake Winnipesauke.

Alice concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate; as well as business and corporate transactions. She began her career in Connecticut as a general practice attorney, then moved to Barclays Business Credit where she worked on complex commercial transactions. After taking 15 years off to raise two daughters, she began working at Keane, Macdonald & Donohue with their corporate clients, but currently focuses most of her time on commercial closings, representing lenders and borrowers. Alice is admitted to the New York and Connecticut bars.
Alice graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and Albany Law School, Union University. She was a founding member of the Board of Oyster River Womenade, an organization that provides financial and other assistance to community members in need. She has recently been a volunteer helping at COVID-19 vaccination sites in the seacoast area.
